- EZZADO is a multi-vendor marketplace.
- EZZADO manages the platform, support, and disputes. Sellers remain responsible for product accuracy, stock, preparation, fulfillment, and laws applicable to their listings.

Terms & Conditions
By using EZZADO, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Effective June 10, 2026. We may update these terms; the version published when an order is placed applies unless law requires otherwise.
Accounts and acceptable use
- You must provide accurate information and protect your account credentials.
- Fraud, promotion abuse, intellectual-property violations, and illegal content are prohibited and may result in suspension.
Orders, prices, and payment
- Available methods are shown at checkout and may include cash on delivery or Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe processes card details directly; EZZADO does not store full card data.
- Displayed product and shipping prices for supported destinations include applicable taxes and duties. EZZADO does not impose undisclosed import charges on the customer.
- We may reject or cancel an order for stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud and will return any amount due.
Shipping and delays
- Checkout is accepted only when the address matches an active shipping zone and a valid method is available.
- Delivery dates are estimates. For a material delay, we provide a revised date and request consent or allow cancellation and a full refund as mandatory law requires.

Returns and disputes
- The published return policy and mandatory consumer rights in the customer’s country apply.
- EZZADO may review evidence, contact the seller, and take customer-protection action, including a refund or seller suspension where appropriate.
Reporting a seller or suspicious activity
- Send the seller name, listing URL, order number, and evidence to help@ezzado.com.
- We review reports involving deceptive, counterfeit, stolen, fraudulent, or impersonating conduct and may request more information or notify authorities.
Governing law
- The governing law for these terms has not been finalized yet and will be updated once the operating entity registration is complete, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s country.
- These terms do not require mandatory arbitration. Disputes may be filed in a court with lawful jurisdiction.

- EZZADO is currently operated by the project team. The legal entity information will be updated after completion of the operating entity registration process.
