About Us
EZZADO is a smart local commerce platform designed to connect customers with traditional stores and physical markets, while enabling merchants to display products, manage orders, and adopt e-commerce through a simplified experience. The platform is being developed for an initial operating launch in Saudi Arabia, focusing on digitizing local markets, confirming product availability, and supporting store pickup and delivery services.
EZZADO’s role
- We operate the platform, order experience, support, disputes, and customer protection.
- Each seller is responsible for listing accuracy, inventory, preparation, and fulfillment, while EZZADO may intervene when needed.
Where we serve
- We ship where an active shipping zone appears at checkout, which may include the United States, Saudi Arabia, Gulf countries, and other destinations.
- We do not accept an order when the destination or shipping method is unsupported.
Our commitment
- We prioritize credibility, transparent pricing, and customer rights.
- We review disputes, reports, and suspicious conduct and may act on an account, listing, or order.
