Request window
- A return may be requested within 7 days of delivery, or longer when offered by the seller or required by law.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and include original tags, packaging, and accessories.

Return & Exchange Policy
We manage return requests and disputes with sellers while honoring mandatory rights in the customer’s country.
Apparel and special-item exceptions
- Customized or made-to-order products are not returnable except for defects or errors.
- Underwear, swimwear, and hygiene products may be ineligible once a hygiene seal is opened, unless damaged or incorrect.
- Items used, washed, or missing tags beyond reasonable inspection may be rejected.
Damaged, incorrect, or nonconforming items
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photos.
- When the issue is confirmed, the seller or EZZADO, as applicable, covers return shipping and replacement or refund.
Refunds
- After receipt and inspection, we provide the decision and expected timing.
- Refunds go to the original payment method where possible. Cash-on-delivery refunds use an agreed, documented method.
- Shipping is refunded for seller error, defects, or where law requires it.

- If the seller does not resolve the issue, EZZADO reviews the dispute and takes appropriate customer-protection action.
